Yes. Clinical hypnotherapy is a non-invasive, non-pharmaceutical relaxation practice with a long safety record. You remain awake and aware throughout, and you can end any session at any moment.
No. Stage hypnosis and clinical hypnotherapy are two completely different things. In a clinical setting you will never act against your values, your judgment, or your wishes.
Not generally. If you are being treated for a serious medical or psychiatric condition we will ask that your treating physician is aware, simply as good practice.
Most clients see meaningful results in 4–6 sessions. Smoking cessation is fixed at 4. Sleep restoration is fixed at 6. Stress work is open-ended and paced to the client.
Strictly. We follow standard healthcare confidentiality norms. Notes are kept securely and never shared without your written consent.
Yes. Online sessions are conducted via secure video and work very well for sleep, anxiety, and habit work. Some deep relaxation work is better in-person; we will advise honestly.
We work with clients aged 16 and up. For clients under 18, a parent or guardian must attend the first session.
Please give 24 hours notice if you cannot attend. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged at half the session rate. Life happens — we are reasonable in cases of illness or emergency.
Absolutely. Many clients bring a partner or friend to the intake. They are welcome to wait in the studio's small lounge during the working portion.
Yes — for individual sessions or full programs. Please contact us directly to arrange one.
Yes. The studio is on a single ground level with a step-free entrance. Free parking is available on the property.
We do not bill insurance directly, but we provide detailed receipts that some HSA and FSA accounts will accept for wellness services.
