By using this website or booking a service with Lady Mesmer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a service.
Lady Mesmer offers clinical hypnotherapy, guided meditation, sleep restoration coaching, and related wellness services. We are not licensed medical doctors or psychotherapists. Our services are complementary and do not replace medical or psychiatric care.
Sessions are paid for at the time of booking or at the start of each session. Programs are paid in full at the beginning of the program. We accept major cards, ACH, and cash. All prices are in US dollars.
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you cannot attend. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged at half the session fee. Unused sessions in a program are refundable in full on request.
You agree to share any relevant medical or psychiatric history during your intake. If you are under the care of a physician for a serious condition, we may ask you to inform them that you are working with us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lady Mesmer's liability for any claim arising from the use of this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lorain County, Ohio.
